Stafflinks provides a cloud-based healthcare workforce and care coordination system including rota planning, communication tools, compliance reporting, and operational management features.

The platform is intended for use by healthcare organisations including care homes, domiciliary care providers, supported living services, and NHS-related organisations.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Use the platform lawfully and ethically
  • Ensure information entered is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Comply with healthcare regulatory standards (including CQC requirements)

4. Data Protection

Stafflinks processes personal data in accordance with UK-GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Customers remain the data controller of healthcare-related information entered into the system.

Stafflinks acts as a data processor and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stafflinks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.

While we strive for continuous system availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Healthcare providers remain responsible for clinical decisions and regulatory compliance.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users breach these terms or misuse the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
